At CIS, the National Section follows the guidelines of the Egyptian Ministry of Education while enriching the academic experience through modern teaching methods, character-building, and skill development. Early Childhood (KG1 – KG2)

Our Early Childhood program nurtures children’s growth through a balance of structure and play, helping them build confidence, curiosity, and readiness for primary school.

  • Emphasis on structured play-based learning to support cognitive, social, and emotional development

Primary School (Grades 1 – 6)

The Primary Stage marks an important period in a child’s development — where curiosity is nurtured, confidence is built, and foundational skills are firmly established. At CIS, we believe that learning in these years should be joyful, meaningful, and dynamic. Our approach encourages expression, responsibility, and engagement in both the classroom and the wider world.

  • Core subjects are taught in an interactive mode where conversations and debates are introduced to attract the attention of the students and keep them engaged. Use of group projects, reading circles, and presentations to foster confidence and engagement.
  • The French language is introduced starting from Grade 1 and the German language is introduced from Grade 3.
