The American Section at CIS – El Ebdaa School offers a complete educational journey from Early Childhood through Grade 12, guided by the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and a commitment to holistic, student-centered learning. Our curriculum is designed to grow with students at every stage, equipping them with the knowledge, character, and mindset needed to thrive in an evolving world.
We focus not only on academic excellence, but on nurturing confident, compassionate individuals who are prepared to meet real-world challenges with integrity, creativity, and resilience.

Early Childhood (KG1 – KG2)

Our Early Childhood program lays the foundation for a lifelong love of learning. Within a bilingual, play-based environment, children are immersed in both Arabic and English from the very first day. Through imagination, movement, and connection, young students build the language, motor, and social-emotional skills essential for success in primary school and beyond.

The curriculum, adapted from the CCSS for early learners, emphasizes early literacy and numeracy through structured, hands-on experiences. Daily activities include storytelling, sensory play, music, and art — all carefully designed to support independence, curiosity, and emotional growth.

Classrooms are guided by experienced early years educators and supported by well-trained assistants, creating a nurturing and structured environment. Purpose-built learning spaces, along with safe and stimulating outdoor play areas, provide every child with the freedom to explore, express themselves, and thrive during these foundational years.

ExtraCurricular Activities:

Our Early Childhood program is where learning begins with imagination, movement, and meaningful connection. Through a bilingual, play-based environment, children develop the confidence, language, and foundational skills they need for a successful school journey.
We combine the structure of the American early years framework with a nurturing, values-driven environment. Our focus on individualized attention, language immersion, and social development sets the stage for lifelong learning and positive character building.
