We’re delighted that you’re considering joining our school community. Our admissions process is designed to be clear, supportive, and reflective of the values we hold as a family-centered institution. Admissions are processed on a rolling basis; however, early application is recommended due to limited spaces. Key entry points (KG1, Grade 1, and Grade 7) often fill quickly.

Admission Assessment

Once your application is received, you will be contacted to schedule an assessment for your child. This may include academic evaluation and/or classroom observation, depending on the grade level.

Meeting the Parents

A brief interview will be held with parents, to understand your child’s background, learning , and how we can support their transition into our school community

Submit Required Documents

To complete your application, the following documents are required:

  • A copy of the student’s birth certificate
  • Four recent passport-size photos (of child and both parents)
  • Academic reports from the last two years (if applicable)
  • Health records and vaccination certificates
  • Copies of both parents’ national IDs or passports
  • Transfer certificate and Ministry approval (for transfer students)
  • Education certificates of both parents.

Final Decision and Registration

If your child is accepted, you will receive an official acceptance letter. To confirm enrollment, the registration fee must be paid by the deadline stated in the letter.

Tuition & Payment

Detailed fee schedules, including tuition, bus registration, books, and uniform costs, are available upon request.

Payment Schedule & Important Deadlines:

Initial Payment: 25% of the total fees is due in June/July.
Main Installment : 75% of the total fees (including the cost of books) must be completed by September 1st.
Final Installment : The remaining 25% is due in December.

  • Books: Must be paid for and collected before the start of the first semester.
  • Uniforms: Available and ready for purchase from mid-August.
  • Bus Service: Due to limited availability, registration and booking must be completed before August.
